What Each SodaTide Package Contains
At one capsule daily and 30 capsules per bottle, the arithmetic is straightforward:
- 1 bottle — 30 capsules, a 30-day supply.
- 2 bottles — 60 capsules, a 60-day supply.
- 3 bottles — 90 capsules, a 90-day supply.
- 6 bottles — 180 capsules, a 180-day supply.

The same applies to discounts, savings percentages and shipping. Every one of those should be confirmed at the official checkout before you pay. If a page anywhere shows you a precise SodaTide price with a countdown timer next to it, treat the timer as decoration and verify the price.
Which SodaTide Package Makes Sense
Setting price aside, there is still a sensible answer here based on how this kind of formula behaves.
Three bottles is the reasonable starting point for most people. Fibre and probiotic formulas act gradually, your gut needs a fortnight simply to adjust, and 90 days gives you a genuine trial rather than a rushed one.
One bottle is enough to check that it agrees with you, but 30 days is a short window for judging a gut-focused product. Useful as a tolerance test rather than a real trial.
Six bottles is 180 days of product. Before committing to that, find out the refund window — if it is shorter than the supply, you cannot finish the package inside it.
